Originally constructed in 1912, the historic Rialto Building located in Downtown #kansascity is being converted into an AC Marriott Hotel. Our scope on this project is substantial with repair and restoration of original ornamental plaster, terrazzo, marble, terra cotta, and mosaic tile located on 14 floors. The multi-family conversion of the AT&T Building located at 500 East 8th St in Downtown Kansas City is well underway. Our sincere thanks to PARIC Corporation and The Bernstein Companies for choosing RETROPROS to design a durable, yet lightweight alternative panel to match the appearance of existing pre-cast concrete panels on the façade. We will fabricate and install these panels to enclose the newly installed 2nd-floor recessed glazing to match the profile and finished appearance of openings on the floors above. #kansascity #retropros
