The City of Saint Paul is hiring a Recycling Programs Supervisor. In this role, you will: - Plan, direct, and implement citywide recycling, organic waste, and solid waste management programs - Manage vendor contracts, analyze performance, and assess service delivery - Develop policies, procedures, and management mechanisms for these programs - Handle grant writing and management, including sourcing funding and tracking finances - Serve as a liaison with community groups, create contracts and agreements, attend meetings, represent the City on committees, and monitor and evaluate program data This is a full-time, hybrid position.
