About us
Reveal-Dx is a Seattle-based software company whose vision is to dramatically improve lung cancer outcomes. We do this by delivering the most advanced, radiomics and AI enabled, lung cancer decision support software to the mainstream market, driving the optimal clinical pathway for each patient. Reveal-Dx is a young company, started in early 2021, but we jump started the company by purchasing the assets of Mindshare Medical in March. Mindshare had invested millions of dollars and over 5 years of research developing core, patented algorithms that were actively being deployed in the clinic for validation.

Lung Cancer Screening in Germany - allowed from 1st of July on. The German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection just published the legal basis for #lungcancerscreening in Germany. They issued the long-awaited statutory ordinance (Rechtsverordnung). It will enter into force as from 1st of July. Practically this means that lung cancer screening with low-dose CT is allowed from 1st of July on under certain conditions (target group, quality control, dose regulations etc). It doesn't mean coverage by the public health insurance, where the decision process is still ongoing. Short explanation for non-Germans: In Germany, applying ionizing radiation to healthy people is generally forbidden by law, unless such a statutory order exists. So far there was one (mammography), now we have two. This is a major milestone for the implementation of lung cancer screening in Germany. It also strongly simplifies the start of pilot projects, as it creates a legal basis for low-dose-ct screening. https://lnkd.in/eJBx-CJJ
