A few days ago, I met with one potential investor. Here are a few things about him: → He wants to invest in express car wash, → He has some questions, → He’s new to the game, Him: ”Will investing in this ONE deal make me RICH?” Me: Well, first of all… 📍 No overnight success. Invest in a diversified portfolio and be disciplined with your investments. You truly can achieve your financial goals and build wealth. Look, you will not get rich overnight. But with a strategic and disciplined approach, it is one of the best steps in building long-term wealth through multifamily real estate investing. I’m sure he believed me. The road to success is hard. Accept these 5 harsh truths, And all of it will become much easier: 1 - Short-term doesn’t work ”Success” is defined by how much time and effort we are willing to put in. Get ready to sacrifice; you may even lose some friends. But once you start, stay consistent and keep going 2 - There will be doubters Not everybody will be happy about your journey or your success. And that’s ok. Others may even try to sabotage you. Interesting fact: some may be super close to you. Don’t fret, keep going 3 - Risk is inevitable You can reduce risk, but you won’t ever eliminate it. Just know this: Without risk, there is no reward. 4 - Patience Big goals = big patience You have to be able to diligently pursue a long-term vision. Everything valuable takes time, there are no overnight successes. 5 - WHO you know matters The better your relationships with others, The better the support you can expect. Almost everything you want in life is a relationship away. As you develop those relationships, nurture them And even in the most difficult situations, keep your cool and remember… Negativity is never the answer. Pause. Breath. Collaborate. - - - - - Thousands of people don’t possess half your experience/talent But they still are achieving more in life just because… → They are brave enough to act on their dreams. → They are brave enough to face the unknown. → They are brave enough to handle their realities. There is no reason why you cannot become the best version of you. You just have to start today. The world is yours. Take it. Which one of these 5 resonated with you most?
