Strength is not always revealed in a dramatic display; at times it is demonstrated with determined endurance. Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes. Congratulations to our group of NY office employees who participated in the 45th running of the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge last night in Central Park. We are very proud of you! The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is the world’s largest corporate running event. Each year, events take place in 16 locations across eight countries and six continents with one mission: to serve as a catalyst between work and wellness. The Series offers companies opportunities to bond over a shared experience powered by fitness, friendly competition, food and fun. One part run and one part party, each 3.5-mile / 5.6-kilometer road race connects participants with their colleagues as they celebrate teamwork, camaraderie and the Corporate Challenge community worldwide.

Mahatma Gandhi said "the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." A group of our Spartanburg, SC employees recently gave of their time and abilities to serve the needs of P.S. I Love You Ministries on March 12, 2024. Our employees know that when you humble yourself in service to others, it liberates your soul and injects joy and happiness into your heart. It is a tremendous blessing each day to be surrounded by people who are willing to be second so that others may be first. P.S. I Love You Ministries is a faith based non-profit organization that desires to demonstrate God's heart in Psalm 68:5 as a 'Father to the Fatherless'. The organization was founded in 2009 by two ordinary couples with a desire to make a difference in the lives of children. This desire was driven by their experience as foster parents. They seek to partner the God-given time, talents and resources of the Christian community at large to serve orphans, both legal and social, and children-at-risk. They raise awareness of the issues that confront children in foster care as well as provide for their needs and for the needs of those that care for them. These needs include but are not limited to physical, emotional, social and spiritual.

REVMAN is proud to be an active supporter of Switchpoint Tooele and the Tooele Community Resource Center in Tooele, Utah by providing bedding and bath products to help those in need.  We recently had the privilege to partner with Switchpoint Tooele to provide all the bedding products for their new Harris Community Village project that held its ribbon cutting ceremony on November 20, 2023. Harris Community Village and Resource Center is a $31 million project that sits on 10 acres of land and serves as a hub for the unsheltered and those experiencing financial difficulties who are at risk of becoming homeless in Tooele County, Utah. The facility will have 66 apartments consisting of 42 studio apartments, six one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments. In addition, there will be 44 shelter beds, a soup kitchen, food pantry, laundry room with lockers, showers, medical clinic, 24/7 childcare center and case management offices. On exceptionally cold nights during the winter, the Tooele County Health Department will give authorization for the facility to declare an emergency situation to house additional individuals experiencing homelessness in an overflow area. REVMAN is committed to giving back through serving and supporting the communities where we live and work. We seek to have a positive impact in our communities by strengthening our cities and neighborhoods through donating our products to charitable organizations as well as donating our time to serve others in need through our We Care initiative. REVMAN opened a new distribution center in Tooele County, Utah in April 2022 and began supporting Switchpoint Tooele and the Tooele Community Resource Center shortly thereafter. Switchpoint Tooele’s mission is to empower families and individuals in need by addressing the underlying causes of their poverty and providing each client with a personalized, comprehensive plan that supports them on their journey to self-sufficiency and the opportunity to contribute to the community. They believe that each individual has worth and value, and that change occurs when people are treated with respect and dignity, empowered with skills and resources to better their circumstance. They also believe that every individual is a part of our community and can be free from harm in stable affordable housing, with self-esteem, hope and abilities restored, to thrive and contribute in society. Creativity is a mind being set free to have fun and there is something special that happens when creative people come together. Thank you to all of our awesome employees who participated in Spirit Week, which concluded with our Thanksgiving potluck lunch on December 7th. Below are the displays that were voted the winners of this year's cubicle/office decorating contest as well as our winner in the ugly sweater contest. We are extremely blessed to have such a great team of people that have the freedom to be awesome. Great job!

Richard Branson once said "A business has to be involving, it has to be fun, and it has to exercise your creative instincts." We are blessed to have so many employees who are creative, who have fun and who make work an enjoyable experience. A big THANK YOU to our employees from our NY and Spartanburg offices who took the time to dress up for our annual Halloween potluck lunch and bring some laughs and joy to our work day.
