Multifamily friends, feeling overwhelmed by the proptech partner/vendor list at Optech? You’re not alone! Ahead of next week’s event, I created a guide to help save lots of time researching. Here’s how it came together: 1) AI to the rescue (sort of): My go-to chatbots gave it their best shot but fell short of cracking the code for product categories. 2) Enter the humans: A huge shoutout to Ben Steward and my friends at Revyse! They added in product categories from their platform 🙌 3) AI comeback: ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude stepped back in to add URLs and product categories for companies not listed on Revyse. 🔗 The final product: A comprehensive list of vendors, their product categories, and URLs! https://lnkd.in/e5tuvy44 Your turn: tag your favorite partners/vendors in the comments to help them verify their info! A year ago I met with Ben and Bobbi to discuss how they're transforming multifamily software buying. Within minutes, I was sold. A customer led buying experience? Transparency? Empowering the best products in the space to win? I signed up and never looked back. I never expected to get any leads from it, I just believed in their vision and wanted to be a part of it. That being said, it's nice when Revyse as the referrer for an inbound meeting in Hubspot :)
