Recently, we had the privilege of hosting a meaningful Business North Carolina roundtable discussion on Diversity, welcoming three esteemed HR executives from across North Carolina to our corporate headquarters in Winston-Salem. As part of the discussion, Borgia Walker, our Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Inclusion, emphasized that diversity is essential for driving innovation and business success. With over a thousand employees participating in our Employee Resource Groups, including a recently launched group focusing on disabilities, we are actively fostering an inclusive culture that enriches our recruitment efforts and strengthens our community. Borgia emphasized that today’s job seekers value organizations that are not only committed to their development, but that recognize how the benefits they offer relate to their diverse populations. Borgia highlighted Reynolds’ 16-week parental leave policy and targeted programs, like women in leadership, as key elements of our commitment. This dialogue reaffirmed that meaningful change comes from shared experiences and collective action. To learn more about the insights, we invite you to read the article or listen to the podcast linked below ⬇. Together, we can create workplaces where everyone feels valued and empowered. #ReynoldsAmerican #Diversity #CelebratingDifference

Our hearts are with all those impacted by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina—our home state—and all the hard-hit areas in the Southeast U.S. We are, first and foremost, grateful that all our employees who live in the impacted areas are safe and accounted for. As disaster teams work to assess damage, restore power, and rebuild infrastructure following this devastating event, the Reynolds American Foundation, ASC Charitable Trust, and Reynolds American Inc. have joined forces to donate to the American Red Cross disaster relief efforts. As a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Responder Program, we support the American Red Cross for the unexpected and provide relief whenever and wherever disasters strike. We are also partnering with the Red Cross to provide opportunities for our employees to donate blood and volunteer in several capacities. Red Cross is working closely with local officials, government agencies and other nonprofits to make sure people get the help they need as quickly as possible.
