We design culinary spaces that enhance the dining experience by increasing back-of-house efficiencies and catering to chefs’ unique needs. We collaborate with architects and interior designers to create open kitchen concepts that blend with the aesthetic intent of the space, while allowing guests to experience the action taking place. We bring the sights, sounds, and inviting aromas of the kitchen to the dining area.
We are passionate about foodservice design and have built a team of visionaries. Our Principals find inspiration and offer insight from their past experiences as professional chefs, food and beverage directors, collegiate hospitality school professors, nutritionists, and restaurant designers. We have a deep knowledge and understanding of how the entire operation works.
