Meet Charlie, our passionate General Manager at RideNow Powersports Jacksonville! Since joining us in July 2010, Charlie has brought his enthusiasm for powersports to the forefront of our operations. A lifelong rider and boating enthusiast, Charlie has incorporated his love for powersports into family bonding. Whether it’s cruising on his 2022 Kawasaki KX450 or navigating the waters in his 2016 Yamaha 242 Limited, adventures abound! From Havasu to the intercoastal waterways of Florida, his family has created unforgettable memories on and off the water. Charlie also shares a unique father-son tradition: every New Year’s, he and his 14-year-old son ride from Ocotillo Wells to motocross tracks across California and Florida. These experiences are not just thrilling; they also teach valuable life lessons. Committed to continuous self-improvement, Charlie believes in the power of visualization. He emphasizes that with a clear vision, strategy, and execution, you can achieve your goals. He instills these values in his children, Carson (14), Colton (3), and Cayson (1), encouraging them to focus on the positive, learn from mistakes, and take charge of what they can change. Charlie’s dedication to both his family and career embodies the spirit of RideNow Powersports. We’re thrilled to have him leading our team and inspiring us all to chase our passions! We are thrilled to spotlight Kyle, our dynamic General Service Manager based at our Chandler, Arizona location. Kyle’s journey with us is a testament to his dedication and passion for the powersports industry. Kyle began his career as a Lot Tech at a small mom-and-pop shop, where he laid the foundation for his extensive expertise. His path took a pivotal turn in 2016 when he joined RideNow Powersports in Peoria, AZ as a Service Advisor. His exceptional skills and commitment quickly propelled him to the role of Assistant Service Manager. Kyle then advanced to the RideNow Phoenix location, where he excelled as the Service Manager for five years. In October 2022, Kyle brought his experience and enthusiastic leadership to RideNow Chandler as our General Service Manager. His journey with us has been marked by his tireless dedication to excellence and his unwavering commitment to enhancing our service operations. Beyond his professional achievements, Kyle is an avid rider of a 2021 BMW S1000RR M package, which he predominantly enjoys on the race track. His involvement in the track day and racing scene underscores his deep passion for powersports. At home, Kyle is equally dedicated to his family, including his spirited 3-year-old daughter who aspires to ""do wheelies like daddy,"" and his amazing wife who rides a stylish Vespa. Kyle’s outgoing personality and positive spirit are a beacon of energy both at work and in his personal life. We are proud to have him as a vital part of the RideNow Powersports family and look forward to seeing the continued impact of his leadership.

Her journey with us began back in August 2007 as a Marketing Manager for two of our Harley-Davidson locations in Tucson, Arizona. Her exceptional skills and dedication led her through roles as Regional Marketing Manager for Arizona and National Marketing Director, overseeing marketing strategies across various brands within the company. In 2023, Michelle ascended to the VP role, steering marketing for all of RideNow Powersports and RumbleOn. Michelle's dedication and passion shine through in everything she puts her mind to. Her genuine commitment and hard work make her an invaluable asset to our company. This month marks her 17th anniversary with the company—a milestone she describes as both a proud achievement and a thrilling ride alongside the industry's finest. Outside the office, Michelle is all about adventure with her husband and two daughters. She's an avid fan of boating, snorkeling and pretty much any activity that gets her near water. Whether it's camping, hiking, or enjoying culinary creations at home, she's always on the move.
