Riley Research Associates is celebrating our 35th year in business! I'm extremely grateful to the clients and colleagues who have made these many years possible. The work has taken us (literally) to every corner of the United States and (virtually) around the world. We continue to develop and deploy new techniques and technologies that make our work better, faster, and often less expensive. Developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) have been especially helpful in the qualitative realm, while online platforms and panels have created incredible opportunities in the quantitative world. Thank you to all my friends and colleagues in the #marketing #publicrelations #advertising #publicaffairs and #communications communities! #Research #RileyResearch.com

AI Verbatim Analysis Tools - always looking for new ways to evaluate mountains of data!
One of the toughest jobs of a research analyst is summarizing the results of open-ended/verbatim responses. Often there are thousands of comments that need to be categorized and tabulated. Recently, I've been getting promotional offers from firms that claim to provide quick and effective AI-based assessments of these responses. Can anyone tell me about direct experience with any of these data analysis tools?

Our clients often ask us to use their customer lists for surveys, but too often the lists are full of old or incorrect addresses, which shut down our online platform.
Is anyone aware of a service that could verify a list of email addresses to identify and eliminate likely bounces?
