LG’s Pro Dealer and distributors – those out selling and servicing LG’s HVAC products - can access Rilla’s virtual ride-along software to record their sales conversations, which are transcribed and analyzed with AI, and get invaluable coaching on every call. And more coaching leads to more wins. This collaboration will provide LG and its LG Pro Dealers with a mountain of data and valuable insights into the interactions between its dealers and homeowners. Rilla launched Hands Free Ridealongs at the Rilla Masters. This quite possibly the best product we’ve ever launched. Rilla coaches will now be able to do Ridealongs by talking to Rick AI without having to use their hands. Rick can navigate to any point in the page, answer any questions about any conversation, and allow coaches to complete ridealongs at lighting speed. This simple experience is sooo important because it will truly allow our coaches to coach from anywhere. The coaches who use Rilla are not people who like sitting around in an office for too long. They are adventurers who like to go out and explore the world. Many of our coaches used to be sales people or technicians themselves. So being out in the field is natural. With hands free ridealongs they will be free to do virtual ridealongs anywhere, anytime, while doing anything. They can do ridealongs in the morning while cleaning their house. Ridealongs while walking in the park. Or go out and do ridealongs at the grand canyon, at niagara falls, or at the Superbowl. (Yes, coaches like Silvia Nestares, Pete Marchmont, and Josh Campbell have actually done this). And most importantly. Our coaches will be able to use Rilla while they are driving. The average Rilla coach spends 2 hours a day driving to and from work. And driving to physical ridealongs. And when they drive, they typically listen to podcasts on Spotify. Our coaches are hyper productive people who work 12 hours a day, and want to stay productive at every moment. Even when they are driving. With hands free ridealongs, our goal is to dethrone Spotify as the designated driving app for our coaches. And allow our coaches to gain back so much valuable time in their day. At the Rilla Masters, we launched hands free ridealongs. And we onboarded more than 600 coaches into this new experience live at the conference. We had 600 coaches playing with some driving simulators while doing virtual ridealongs hands free with Rilla. And we gave everyone who completed their ridealongs a free pair of AirPods 4. It was an insanely hard onboarding to pull off - more on this later. But it was sooo cool to see how excited our customers got. Below, a little snippet of our keynote at the Rilla Masters. We just wrapped up the first ever Rilla Masters Conference. We sold 762 tickets. But we had more than 800 people show up. The customers who were present generate over 200 billion dollars in annual revenue combined. We had the best sales leaders in the country - Tommy Mello and Kathryn Howard among others. And the best sporting personalities in history - Coach Saban and Billy Beane We gave away a trip to Hawaii. A trip to New York. 600 free AirPods 4. And a brand new F150 raptor truck. We did the first ever AI hackathon for the trades - our engineers build a new product for our customers live at the conference. We launched the best product we’ve ever launched - more on that later. And we onboarded over 600 people to that new product LIVE at the conference. I can say with confidence that this is the best thing I have ever been a part of. And the best thing that the entire Rilla team has ever done. Our post conference survey has the Rilla Masters NPS at 80. Ace SN Mendiola is an absolute goat of events. I’m so happy you stopped doing events at iHeart to come and put amazing shows for our customers. We’ve set the bar high with this one, so the pressure is on brother! #islandalliance. The thing I loved the most about this conference was getting to see so many of our customers. And so many of the people who have believed in us from the beginning. And seeing how happy we were able to make them. And how much they love the product we’ve built for them. I ran into Zach Caro from Helio Green Tech and I couldn’t hold back the tears. Zach was customer number 3 at Rilla. I sold Rilla to him back in January 2022. Our first month of sales. I sold him the product, onboarded him and his sales people on to it, and I was his customer support rep. Rilla was a 4 person company at the time. I remember having to get on calls with Zach at 5am in the morning to get his feedback on the product because I had no other time in the day that was open. And he graciously made himself available to tell me everything that was wrong with the product and how we could improve it. It was sooo cool seeing Zach at the masters and seeing how happy he was to see how far we’ve come. We wouldn’t have made it without you or the thousands of customers who gave us their vote of confidence. I don’t want to keep rambling. The first ever Rilla Masters conference is happening in one week. And we sold over 700 tickets! We sold out completely! Originally we had planed to just sell 500 tickets. But we sold out twice before we had to cut off all new ticket sales. We ran out of room! 😭 I am so incredibly humbled by the work our team has put in to bringing this to life. Sales is a Sport. And we are so excited to host the biggest celebration of sales in our industry with so many of our customers. We are having the best of sales. Tommy Mello, Kathryn Howard, Dustin Van Orman, Chuck Thokey, Doug Wyatt, Brigham Dickinson, to name a few. We have the best of sports. Nick Saban, one of the best coaches of all time. Billy Beane, one of the best General Managers of all time. And the best technology. Rilla will be doing the biggest product launch in our history. With an all new experience that will re-define how people coach with Rilla. And we will be hosting the largest gathering of tech startups for the trades that this industry has ever seen. Rilla is only but a tiny part in a much larger movement of startups like Avoca, CHIIRP, Probook, Conduit Tech, revin, Ingage, SmartAC.com, Volca, and many more, who are absolutely taking over this industry. I said it before and I’ll say it again, the early adopters of AI technology for real world business applications are not in Silicon Valley. They are in the field every day, working in the frontlines doing the essential work that keeps this country running.
