Anyone else get bored drinking plain water? Save this to refer to later. You can stay hydrated and actually enjoy your water by making a refreshing infused water. Add your favorite fruits and herbs to water and enjoy sipping it throughout the day. And best of all, there’s no unnecessary ingredients, no extra sugars, just the healthy stuff. You can liven up your water with one or a combination of any of these: Fresh Herbs: Mint Lavender Basil Sage Thyme Fruits & Vegetables: Lemon Cucumber Orange Berries Pineapple Melon Simple directions: - Wash the fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs - Cut up the produce - Add to a pitcher or glass - Fill your pitcher or glass with water - Stir or muddle TIPS: – To avoid pesticides and chemicals, choose organic produce. – How much produce you add is based on how much flavor you want and how much water you’re adding. – You can eat the fruit and vegetables after and while drinking the water. – Some produce can be reused.
