Meet Andrew Almeida, CFA, CFP®, our Fund Manager! Andrew spent the majority of his career in traditional finance, where he worked closely with the RIA community. Initially a crypto skeptic, he decided to do his own deep dive into the technology. His research changed his perspective, enabling him to see past the noise and recognize the real potential of decentralized consensus. Motivated to bring clarity to RIAs exploring blockchain, Andrew discovered Avalanche. Its novel consensus mechanism, innovative architecture, and dedicated team convinced him it was the right platform to build on, leading him to create the fund.
