Our employees have fully embraced giving back to our community, making it a part of our culture. Those who participate in volunteer activities feel more connected to their colleagues and have a more positive experience at work. This led to the launch of our Risk International Day of Service. During this inaugural event, our Fairlawn team collaborated with #MightyVincent volunteers at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank to assist shoppers and package groceries for seniors. Additionally, Michigan-based team member Dodge Molnar volunteered at the St. Thomas Lutheran Church food pantry. It is inspiring to see the support and dedication of everyone involved.
