We are excited to share that RiverWILD Construction has been awarded the opportunity to work on Middle Creek Crossings, a new commercial development in Garner, NC. Over the past few months, we have completed the initial clearing, erosion control, sitework, and utilities for this project. This development will feature a Publix, for which we handled all erosion control measures, grading, and utilities, enabling us to turn over approximately 60,000 square feet of pad space in just over two months. We have since continued to progress rapidly with the remaining sitework and utilities, and are scheduled to complete the CSA and road widening for Highway 42 and Highway 50. We are grateful to contribute to the growth and development of Johnston County! Stay tuned for more progress updates on this exciting project.
