  • Beth Ivers and I had a lot of fun yesterday sharing and collaborating on strategies, tools, processes and perspectives to design and implement high quality early career leadership programs. Enjoyed meeting a great group of talented program leaders committed to building great integrated learning pathways that strive to develop not only their young talent but all of the many stakeholders throughout their organizations that invest their time and human capital to help others succeed. A big thank you to Dan Beaudry at LDP Connect for organizing this amazing opportunity, and to Yamma Williams and Takeda for hosting.

Great deep dive yesterday into building or rebuilding an early talent development program at an LDP Workshop with Jacqueline Gutierrez, LF Mathew Tan, Sophie Flynn, Amy Ferreira, Andy Cassler, Jill LaBranche, Melanie Porras, Sarah Zeoli and Beth Ivers. Particular thanks to Stephan Wronski for bringing the expertise and delivering great content along with Beth; and to Yamma Williams for hosting us at Takeda offices. Great ideas and great crew!
