Congratulations to Jeff Kaduscwicz for being named our 2024 Green Diamond Award winner! One person is selected each year from our monthly Rosario Leo Award winners whose contributions go above and beyond. Jeff is this year's winner as he is a perfect example of the values we expect of our team members, being humble, staying hungry, and living smart. He is the true definition of an ideal team player. Although the majority of his work is done behind the scenes with the IT team, Jeff is a staple in the RLS community and is the go-to person for any technical troubles that may arise. Thank you for all that you do, Jeff; you are a great asset to the RLS team!

Congratulations to Margaret Santana for being named August's Rosario Leo Award Winner! Margaret is Humble: Margaret has always exhibited humility in her work. Margaret puts the team above herself and leads by example. She is Hungry: We can't recall a time when Margaret did not go above and beyond in our interactions with her. She does what is asked and is always offering to do more, whatever is needed. She is Smart: Supervising such a large team of RLS TM's and temporary labor is no easy feat. Yet, we consistently receive feedback that she leads with empathy while maintaining supervision, compassion yet structure, respect but firmness when needed and always ensuring the work gets done while understanding we are human and have lives. We are pleased to welcome a new team member at our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage Office, Ray Spraggins! Ray is joining our team as an Account Executive. He is a recent graduate of Saint Joseph’s University. During his time at Saint Joe’s, he conducted university funded research and participated in the United States Marshals service summer internship program. Ray’s favorite sport is golf, and in his free time, he coaches youth travel baseball. This past May, Ray ran in the Broad Street Run! Welcome, Ray! We look forward to seeing your growth and impact at RLS!
