Angelo Godinez has been with RMK since July 2018 as the Maintenance Supervisor at Artista 55 in Edgewater. Over the past six years he has been the primary point of contact at this vintage building. Angelo consistently stands out for his responsiveness, professionalism, and urbane nature, as highlighted in numerous reviews and feedback. This past summer, Artista experienced a major gas leak, leaving residents without cooking gas for two weeks. Throughout the ordeal, Angelo worked diligently with vendors, residents, ownership, and management to resolve the issue. Jasmine Mettle began her journey with RMK in June 2023 at Halsted Flats and transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager at Artista 55 in January 2024. Artista 55 does not have a manager, so Jasmine, alongside Angelo, the Maintenance Supervisor, is the building’s primary representative. In July, the building had a major gas leak, which caused all 80 units to be without gas for over two weeks. Jasmine skillfully managed the concerns of all frustrated residents and effectively coordinated with food trucks, plumbers, and the gas company to resolve the many issues that arose.
