ARIUM, RMR Residential’s multifamily brand, recently held the finale of their annual Sounds of Summer campaign on Friday, August 16. For the first time, the singing competition was open to renters across the country and featured a grand prize of one year of free rent. After thousands of submissions, 60 contestants were selected for round one, then it was narrowed to 10 singers, then reduced to five before Hannah Nicolaisen from Nashville was chosen as the winner. This experiential campaign demonstrates ARIUM’s commitment to supporting renters by sharing their stories, advocating for them and offering them life-changing experiences. Last Thursday, members of RMR Residential attended Apartment Market Outlook, a forecasting event hosted by the Atlanta Apartment Association and Georgia Apartment Association. Industry experts shared their observations on Atlanta’s apartment transaction market, supply/demand dynamics, operational trends, and the MSA’s economic outlook. RMR Residential’s multifamily portfolio includes a number of third-party managed properties such as West Park Village by ARIUM. Under our management, the 617-unit property located in Tampa’s Westchase neighborhood, achieved a 60.4% retention rate in large part due to significant amenity upgrades and a strong sense of community fostered by ARIUM employees, significantly outperforming the submarket average of 50.6%. To enhance resident comfort and living experience, we completed renovations on 60% of the apartment interiors, increasing both resident satisfaction and occupancy rates. In addition to 617 residential units, West Park Village by ARIUM includes 40,860 square feet of fully occupied retail space. Since 2019, our property management team has successfully placed six new retail leases, executed eight retail renewals and two assignments of leases/retail business sales. #CRE #Multifamily #PropertyManagement
