You never know where you might find Rose-Marie!  We recently had the privilege of taking over the makeup table animation in the main beauty area of the prestigious La Samaritaine department store in Paris.  For the month of May Team RMS highlighted some of our newest clean innovations including SuperNatural Serum SPF 30 and ReDimension Hydra Bronzer. To celebrate the occasion, Rose-Marie joined in person for a two-day event that included a Masterclass where she shared all of her beauty secrets with her favorite Parisians. After her time at La Samaritaine, Rose-Marie visited some of our other beloved European retailers across the UK and Sweden including SpaceNK Apothecary, Skins, Cult Beauty, AMLA BEAUTY, and more. When we were shooting our Hydra Setting Powder we kept thinking our newest innovation was anything but cakey, and yet we couldn’t get cake off the brain. So we decided to have our (non-cakey) powder and eat cake too. The beloved Los Angeles based Sweet Laurel Bakery was the perfect clean counterpart for our talc-free Hydra Setting Powder formula. This beautiful partnership came to life through a custom RMS x Sweet Laurel Bakery gluten-free Chocolate Cake Mix. To celebrate, we gathered together some of our favorite creators and tastemakers at the Sweet Laurel Cottage to decorate our co-branded cake mix using their personalized spatulas while Celebrity Clean Beauty Makeup Artist (and long-time RMS lover) Jenna Anton helped guests find their perfect match in our NEW talc-free Hydra Setting Powder. Even on an LA summer afternoon, this game-changing formula kept away shine while leaving a nourishing, non-cakey finish. We call that a powder move. This collaboration also set the stage to debut our new social mini-series, In The Kitchen with Rose-Marie. Rose-Marie is a longtime foodie so being able to bring cooking and makeup together for a conversation around clean ingredients was a natural fit.
