Key factors in this success include: 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Close collaboration with state agencies and partners. 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲: Over 11,000 MW of new renewable energy and nearly 10,000 MW of battery storage. Let's give it up for Tammy Lambert on this #TeamMemberTuesday!!!! Tammy is one of our top inside sales representatives and we are so incredibly honored to have her on our team! She says her favorite thing about RMS Energy is "The awesome people!" and I quote "I work with so many great people in sales and operations who are always willing to help and provide support when taking on new challenges. The inside sales team is phenomenal, and I feel very fortunate to be a part of this great team!" Tammy is passionate about working with the Bus division and learning from the best in the industry. She is excellent when it comes to working with and speaking to our customers. Tammy is attentive when working with their needs and providing them with the best options to keep them operating safely. Not only does she supply key support to the bus team and our reps, but she has a strong ability to quote just about ANY type of job. Whether it be bus, transformer, SF6 breakers, or something else across the board, she'll master it! Customer relationships are key for Tammy, and she manages them thoroughly. Her masters degree in Operations Management helps in her role. She is able to see a job from quote to completion! Her last position as a supply chain manager and then onto insides sales manager at a previous employer really helped shape her skills to bring to us here at RMS Energy. So what does she do when she's not working? Tammy LOVES to travel. She's been to 17 different countries and is adding Argentina to the list next month! While she currently resides in Florida, she enjoys all there is to do there, especially hitting the beach! (And as you can tell from her photo below, gators don't scare her away!) She also likes to attend different shows and ballets. Also to add to the list is celebrating her son's achievements in the Air Force or as a student at University of Tampa. She's one proud mom, and a key asset to us here at RMS Energy! Thanks Tammy, for always being on top of things and making our jobs easier and more enjoyable!
