Our theme this year is 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. Our guest presenter is 𝐀𝐦𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐝, Executive Director of the Belvidere Chamber of Commerce. She will be sharing on the topic: 𝑵𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔. 𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 2𝑛𝑑 𝐴𝑛𝑛𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑁𝑒𝑡𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑆𝑢𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡. So many of you commented how you loved last year's event...so, we are doing it again this year! Each attendee will be assigned a table when you come in. You'll give a 2 minute elevator speech to those at your table and then answer questions for 1 minute. Amy joined the Belvidere Area Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director in August of 2019. She has over 15 years of experience partnering successfully with non-profit organizations, chambers, visitors’ bureaus, and businesses to increase profits and create stronger relationships. The Vision she has for the Chamber of Commerce and the community is to continue with the successful events and services already offered while strategically developing and implementing long-term partnerships to ensure Boone County is THE place to be for businesses and residents. She has been the chair of the annual Beloit Regional Hospice Gala and was recently appointed to the Beloit Health System Foundation Board of Directors.
