The Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL) at UC Berkeley is a center of excellence for global diversity and inclusion training to advance leadership, understanding and collaboration across cultures. CIL consultants have extensive experience in providing customized intercultural leadership and development services to groups and individuals at corporations, non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions.
