🌟 Join Our Team as a Controller! 🌟 We're on the hunt for a dynamic Controller to join our team and lead our finance department to new heights! 🔍 What You’ll Do: - Oversee all aspects of the company’s books and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial data. - Manage month-end close process, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and the books are closed on or before the 15th of each month. - Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. - Monitor and maintain general ledger accounts, sub-ledgers, and related financial systems. - Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for closing the books. - Provide support during audits and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available. - Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls related to financial reporting. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient systems where applicable. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. - 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and month-end closing. - Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting  - Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes  - Excellent leadership and communication skills. 💼 Why Join Us? - Competitive salary and benefits package. - A culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
