𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 is proud to be a recipient of the Rochester Business Journal’s award for 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 in the Greater Rochester Area. An overwhelming response has been received by the community for these senior apartments, which is completing its lease-up for the property at this time. T𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗪𝗕𝗥 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 again teamed up to deliver a well-conceived residential community, including services for residents which will be provided by 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 has purchased the majority interest in a Year 15 transaction for 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, a 172-unit affordable senior development in the Town of Cheektowaga. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 has been managing the property since 2022, but Cornerstone is now working to facilitate 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘴 to update and rehab the property. 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 and 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 volunteered with 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 in July to help construct a home in the 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘙𝘰𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳. Cornerstone employees were tasked with 𝘥𝘳𝘺𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 the upstairs and downstairs of a 𝟯-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲, including closets and bathroom. This development includes 𝟭-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝟮-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, and 𝟯-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 with households of all shapes and sizes. It was part of the Town of Lansing’s ambitious ongoing 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁, containing a 𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘴. The rehab of 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 is now complete, and nearly all units are filled with residents. This 218-unit property in Buffalo was renovated by 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 and 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀.
