Special thanks to Ryan, our Chief People Officer, and Deidra, Director of Operations, for serving ice cream to the team after the update!

We are so excited to have Dr. Franlkin joining the Westrock team! Dr. Jennifer Franklin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She went on to attend dental school at Howard University in Washington, DC. Growing up in Marion, Arkansas, she developed a passion for orthodontics at the age of 12 after receiving her own orthodontic treatment. This positive experience inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry, aiming to provide others with the same transformative feeling.

We were so happy to be part of the Graduate Orthodontic Resident Program,  a unique program that annually brings together residents from across the country for specialty education and networking! Thank you to American Association of Orthodontists for hosting and  including us in this initiative that is paving the way for future leaders in dentistry! A special thanks to Michele Lucas, our stellar recruiter, and Angie Kemp, our VP of Clinical Operations, for attending this event and their unwavering commitment to excellence!

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Viegas to the Mangan Dental Group!  Dr. Viegas is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA). She was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after witnessing her father's passion for his profession. This inspiration led her to become a dentist, as she desired to delve deeper into the science and artistry of dentistry. “I love interacting with my patients most of all and giving them smiles that are both beautiful and functional.” She will be a great addition to the Mangan team and we are confident that she will serve the community well.

We're excited to announce our first-ever Shine On Award recipient, Rebecca Bryant, of Birmingham Orthodontics! Rebecca exemplifies Reef's spirit by embracing positivity, spreading joy, and facing challenges with resilience and courage. Her dedication and positive attitude make a significant impact at our Birmingham Orthodontics Alabaster clinic. “She is the epitome of NO BAD DAYS. Rebecca was nominated by her doctor, but her impact is felt among the 80+ Rock Dental employees in Birmingham,” Jake Sligh, Chief Growth Officer.
