The Rockford team braved the (not-so) polar plunge yesterday in support of Special Olympics Michigan. Donning our hard hats, hi-vis and swimsuits, we joined SOMI at the Unified Sports & Inclusion Center to take the leap and raise funds for athletes to train and compete year-round. A big thank you to everyone who supported our team and helped us make a difference in the lives of these amazing athletes!

The annual Women in Construction Week luncheon is one of our favorite events of the year. Hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC Grand Rapids - Chapter 194), this year’s event featured an insightful panel discussion with four industry leaders, including our very own Jennifer Boezwinkle. Each panelists shared their experiences on breaking barriers, the power of mentorship and the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace. It was an inspiring afternoon filled with meaningful conversations, valuable networking and a collective commitment to advancing women in the field. A big thank you to NAWIC for organizing such a fantastic event — we’re looking forward to next year!
