Nestled in the stunning scenery of South Lake Tahoe, the construction site offers breathtaking views of the lake and a true four-season experience. As the Roebbelen Team wraps up summer, they're gearing up for the unpredictable fall by installing the roof before the weather takes a turn. With incredible trade partners, the teams are navigating challenges like lightning storms and tight spaces to continue exceptional progress. A temporary road is in the works to keep equipment and materials on the move, ensuring the teams stay on track before the TRPA egress deadline. With coordination, preparation, and teamwork, they are ready to tackle whatever Mother Nature throws our way. What a fantastic day at Folsom Cordova Unified School District with the grand opening of Alder Creek Elementary in the Folsom Ranch area. It was inspiring to see local leaders, educators, the local community, and of course, the first group of "Coyotes" all excited to check out their new school! Alder Creek Elementary boasts a sleek 75,000-square-foot building that can accommodate over 700 students from TK to 5th grade. This campus is enhanced by amenities like a sports field, basketball courts, and plenty of outdoor learning and gathering spaces. We were humbled to be able to assist FCUSD and HMC Architects to help make this very important community project such a success. We just hit a big milestone by pouring 175 cubic yards of concrete for the foundation at Murray Elementary School! Our reliable concrete partner, R&R Maher, did an awesome job using a 42m boom pump to fill the footings. The gym floor is all set, with a stage area right next to it, and the Roebbelen team is putting in the effort to keep everything on track while ensuring top-notch quality and safety. The excitement is growing as we keep moving forward on this amazing facility for the Murray students, staff, and community.   Don’t miss the photos of the demo’d building pad that’s going to turn into a playfield soon.
