As the Workforce Board representing southern Oregon's Jackson and Josephine Counties, Rogue Workforce Partnership is tasked with aligning community resources to ensure that the workforce of the Rogue Valley has access to the skills, degrees, and certifications that local industries require of their workforce, and that local employers have access to the highly skilled workforce that they require to remain competitive in the state of Oregon, the nation, and in the modern global economy.
