    In last week’s RACR Module 4 session, we discussed the Art of being an Elite consultative TA Professional. I shared Dale Carnegie’s Six Ways to Build Rapport with People from his 1937 classic book – How to win Friends and Influence People. 1. Become genuinely interested in other people. 2. Smile. 3.Talk in terms of the other person’s interests. 4. Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language. 5. Make the other person feel important – and do it sincerely. 6. Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves. Which one of the six is speaking to you today?
