Today, we hosted Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University students at our offices for a tour, presentation and lunch. We had a great time hosting and giving advice to the students on their careers!

🌟 Spotlight on Siena Rampulla 🌟 I’m excited to shine the spotlight on Siena Rampulla, a 2023–2025 MBA Fellow at the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. 🎓 With a passion for blending psychology and business, Siena has demonstrated leadership and innovation in multiple areas. As the founder of PULLATracker, she developed a mobile application designed to enhance campus safety, addressing the concerns of women on college campuses. This innovative solution earned Siena first place in Rowan’s 2023 New Venture Competition. 🏆 The grant funding from her win is now bringing PULLATracker to life. A hallmark of the Rowan University MBA Fellowship experience is leading initiatives that create positive social impact. Siena recently completed a Social Impact Project (SIP) with Tix For Good, a nonprofit focused on enhancing fundraising for its partners, and an invaluable Fellow Project Partner for RCB’s Fellowship Program. Big shout outs to Marco Carolla, Executive Director, and Tim Chew, Founder, for all of the mentorship and guidance with Siena! In her project with TixForGood, Siena took the lead on researching, planning, and piloting strategies aimed at deepening engagement with nonprofit partners. Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, she gathered critical data to develop a streamlined approach to partner outreach and create standardized metrics for measuring success. Siena's achievements with Tix for Good include: ⚙️Developing a system to track nonprofit partnerships, offering actionable insights to improve partner relationships. 🤝Creating data-driven strategies for enhancing TixForGood’s online donation platform, improving the user experience for donors and sponsors. 💬 Helping implement more effective communication plans, contributing to the mission of maximizing the success of TixForGood's nonprofit partners. Her work with TixForGood not only contributed to the organization making significant strides but also allowed Siena to hone her expertise in marketing, data analytics, and nonprofit management, providing a foundation for continued success as Siena advances in her career.
