We had a robust, enlightening and inspiring conversation with Joe Baldwin at tonight's fireside chat that encapsulated the first gen immigrant experience, empowered & purposeful leadership, finding community, and promoting multi-faceted mentorship. Room for More is an open collective of diverse professionals in the fields of Architecture, Engineering and Construction from different firms in the Portland area. The collective is inspired to contribute in the effort to increase, mentor and support diversity and equity in the AEC profession. We strive to collaborate with others when the values align. The group meets for more focused discussion and actions as well as gather and break bread to connect with each other and listen to one another. ALL are welcome to participate.
