About us
Roonies provides hand dipped ice cream bars. We are located in the town of Heber, Utah nestled in a beautiful valley just 15 minutes south of Park City, Utah. We started making ice cream during the COVID-19 pandemic, and came up with an incredibly delicious, all-natural vanilla ice cream recipe containing only 5 ingredients. The kids love chocolate-dipped bars, so we tried that too, but they looked boring. Leveraging a creative spirit, colored drizzles came next, along with several new ice cream flavors. As neighbors and friends tried the bars, it became apparent that there simply aren’t ice cream bars commercially available that taste as great or look as festive. Roonies Ice Cream was formed, and a commercial kitchen space was constructed in the fall of 2020 with the capacity to produce over 1 million ice cream bars each year. We are a woman-owned business and offer offer our ice cream bars via online sales, wholesale to retail partners, and catering options for our Utah neighbors.

Our gratitude cup runith over this holiday season 🎄 We are beyond thankful to the over 30 businesses and locations who partnered with Roonies Recognizes this year for our Toy Drive. 🧸 Most notably, Wasatch CAPS who’s students did a remarkable job coordinating, marketing, and bringing the toy drive to life; Cassidee Watters Gabrielle Fife 🧑🏼🎄 Through their partnership, tenacity, and drive, Cassi and Gabby brought back the CCPC’s Toy Drive and made possible Christmas joy to 1,063 kiddos in our home of Wasatch County. 🎅🏼 It was my pleasure to create a platform for this partnership and I am so proud to be part of a community that supports its own. Thank you for giving Roonies Ice Cream the ability to give back. 🍦

Fall is here at Park City Mountain Resort 🍁and we’re busy getting freezers placed on the mountain before the snow arrives❄️ Ten locations will host Roonies freezers to offer our delicious ice cream novelties. (thanks Zach👊🏼)
