About us
Welcome to Roots 2 healing! In 2010, I began working as a forensic social worker, advocating for children who experienced significant trauma and abuse. I have since expanded my practice to help adults who are struggling with life challenges related to childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, child welfare issues and family relationships. When I began working with adults, I learned the significance of understanding the root of one’s trauma. My mission is to help people identify the root of their stressors and triggers, and learn new, safe coping behaviors so that they can transform their lives. My goal is to help you as a whole person, not just a part of you. It is my belief that what you go through, you will grow through.
