In a recent panel, "How to be Effective in Investor Engagement – Opportunities & Strategies to Attract Capital for Swiss Equity Issuers," hosted by IR club Schweiz, our CEO Simon Rose shared valuable insights on engaging with new and relevant investors. According to Rose, each investor should meet the following criteria for a meeting: a long-term investment horizon, invests in your market cap, a mandate to buy shares in Switzerland, the capacity to take at least a 1% position in your company, and the availability of a decision-maker for meetings.
