This past weekend, Brady Brown participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Project hosted by the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville , the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business and the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Brady presented on Business Entity Selection and specifically discussed the legal and tax consequences of forming a business in Arkansas. Brady also participated in pro-bono legal assessments with attendees to assess their legal needs and readiness for legal services through the Entrepreneurial Law Project.
