Rossford Schools is still in need of bus drivers, substitute teachers, substitute classified staff and crossing guards. The Board of Education recently approved an increase in pay for subs which includes $125 a day for teacher substitutes $21 a hour for bus drivers, $14.50 a hour for cleaners and more.
