One of our core values, Live Well, is behind our full commitment to help build the new Urban Community School's Athletic Center. Their effort to support the surrounding Cleveland area echoes what we stand for here at Roundstone. We're constantly searching for ways to encourage our internal and external community members to live well — whether looking for a better healthcare insurance alternative or an accessible space in Cleveland where students can move, strengthen their bodies and achieve their athletic goals.

We're implementing a new healthcare network, Healthcare Highways to offer additional competitive options for clients in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. As early as November 1, our Regional Practice Leaders will be ready to bind groups in these states as we become even more competitive in regional markets. Congratulations to the Bywater team for getting us closer to achieving our goals.

It’s a big day for Roundstone! We have officially moved into our new three-story headquarters in Rocky River. The building features art inspired by the former Cowan Pottery factory and is large enough to house our growing team. We’ve expanded our team by 23% since 2023 and, as one of Northeast Ohio’s top workplaces for 5 years running, it’s easy to understand why. On September 20th, our Founder and President Michael Schroeder helped break ground on The Roundstone Pavillion at the Ohio City Farm, a first-of-its-kind farm building. The Pavillion will allow the farmers to work year-round and offers a space for further collaboration in Cleveland. We're committed to supporting organizations that reflect our core values of intellectual curiosity, living well, owning it and working smarter. Re:Source Cleveland does exactly that. Through the strong leadership of Patrick Kearns, the organization shares an astonishing amount of resources with refugee families. With a strong commitment to learning, the organization teaches English and provides jobs to the city's newcomers. The Pavillion will allow the farmers to work year-round. The space also features an operational commercial kitchen for local chefs and food entrepreneurs as well as a farm store. Learn more about the project here: https://lnkd.in/emFvdfDb
