We are excited to share the details of RRA Capital's recent closing, the acquisition of a multifamily portfolio in Hattiesburg, MS.  The portfolio consists of 3 multifamily properties totaling 176 units. The borrower plans to use RRA’s follow-on funding to finance value-add unit renovations, exterior improvements, and to convert the existing 4-bedroom units into 2-bedroom units. Post-renovation, the portfolio will consist of 195 units. We are excited to share the details of RRA Capital's recent closing, the refinancing of an industrial property in Las Vegas, NV. Built in 2024, the property consists of 56,000-sf on 3.25 acres and was 62% leased at close. The sponsor plans to use RRA’s follow-on funding to complete tenant improvements and lease up the remainder of the property. RRA provided an $11MM non-recourse, interest-only loan, with two extension options. The loan provided funding to refinance the existing debt, a follow-on facility for leasing expenses, and an interest reserve to supplement cash flow prior to stabilization.
