This past Wednesday, we had the honor of hosting a special dinner for our Visiting International Teachers (VIT) Program. What started in 2022-2023 with just 5 teachers from one country has now blossomed into a thriving community of 38 talented educators from over 6 different nations! 🌎✨ These incredible teachers help fill critical need areas across our district, bringing not only their vast experience but also the rich heritage and cultural diversity, making our classrooms so unique. With an outstanding retention rate of 90%, the VIT Program is shaping the future of education at Round Rock ISD. 🎓❤️ At our dinner, we welcomed all 38 Visiting International Teachers, their mentors, executive leadership, our dedicated Program partners including Region 13, and special representatives from Spain's Ministry of Education. A huge THANK YOU to all of our partners and supporters for their continuous commitment to this program.
