Honored to Represent Marshall ISD at RTM 2025 Spring Education Congress! I had the incredible opportunity to attend the RTM 2025 Spring Education Congress in Los Angeles, CA, at the Loews Hollywood Hotel, representing Marshall ISD. This invitation-only professional development and networking event brought together top director-level leaders in K-12 Academics from across the nation. Being nominated by the RTM Advisory Board to participate in this experience was truly an honor. The event provided a personalized schedule filled with Roundtables, Workshops, Vendor Meetings, and Keynote Speakers, fostering collaboration and innovation in education. A highlight was the Opening Keynote from Dr. Stephen Sroka, who delivered a powerful message on The Power of One and the 4Cs of Relationship Building—a profound reminder of how connection, communication, collaboration, and care drive meaningful change in our schools. Grateful for the connections made and insights gained to bring back to Marshall ISD! #RTM2025 #MarshallISD #EducationLeadership #ThePowerOfOne

Director of Special Education at Special School District of St. Louis County

What a great first official day of the Spring Special Education Congress RTM Business Group. From Dr. Stephen Sroka, and his Power of Many keynote speech, to learning from the founder and CEO of Creatively Focused, Elizabeth Hickey Orme, to a great roundtable discussion with Dr. Haley Etnier, to meeting with great solution providers today, to having a chance to present with Dr. Tami Yates, Executive Director of Partner Districts for St. Louis Special District, it was a day of learning, networking, and enjoying being surrounded by others from across the country that are doing great work for students. Ready for day 2 tomorrow!

  • As Black History Month came to a close, we are proud to have supported the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) with a corporate donation, helping fund scholarships and career development programs for students at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). By contributing to TMCF, we are investing in the education and future success of Black students, ensuring they have the resources to thrive beyond the classroom. While February was a dedicated time to celebrate Black history and excellence, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is year-round! We will continue to support initiatives that foster equity, education, and opportunity for future generations. Together, we can create a lasting impact! #RTMCares #BlackHistoryMonth #EducationMatters
