The Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society is an international association of chemists, engineers, technicians, scientists, plant managers, sales and marketing professionals and others in the rubber, polymer or related fields within industry, academia and government. We work to educate, connect and grow the evolving elastomer industry through educational, technical, business and networking activities. The organization is a Division of the American Chemical Society and was founded in 1909. We are well-known for our year-long educational opportunities, International Elastomer Conference, Spring Technical Meeting and the prestigious Rubber Chemistry & Technology journal.

Chyna is a member of the American Society of Quality and has been active in Rubber Division, ACS for many years - currently serving on their Young Professionals Committee. About Haley Dobbyn: Haley Dobbyn is currently a first-year Plastics Engineering PhD student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She graduated in May of 2024 from Ferris State University with her Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology along with a minor in Rubber Engineering Technology. Her current research focus at UML is on 3D printing of thermoset elastomers. In addition, she serves as the President of the Rubber Division, ACS Student Chapter at UML as well as on the Rubber Division, ACS Young Professionals Committee. Haley looks forward to having a career in the rubber industry and is hoping to bring more students into the industry! #WORD #RubberIndustry
