Last week, the Rudin family hosted the 2024 Lew Rudin Golf Classic in support of the First Tee - Metropolitan New York benefitting the Lew Rudin Scholarship at NYU. All proceeds raised went toward providing a scholarship for a qualified student to attend New York University, Lew’s alma mater. First Tee's mission is to impact the lives of young people around the world by creating affordable and accessible golf facilities to those who have not previously had exposure to the game and its positive values. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success and congratulations to this year's Lew Rudin Scholar, Kathleen Castner. #NYC #Scholarships #Golf

Did you know that during New York City's fiscal crisis in the 1970s, former Rudin co-CEO, Lew Rudin played a pivotal role in keeping the U.S. Open in Queens as the tournament’s lease at Forest Hills neared expiration? Partnering with (USTA) United States Tennis Association President Slew Hester, who had announced plans to move the tournament elsewhere, Rudin supported the deal after Louis Armstrong Stadium was identified as its new home, securing the future of the U.S. Open in New York. This key public-private partnership not only revitalized the venue but also transformed the U.S. Open into the economic powerhouse it is today. A lasting testament to Rudin's vision and dedication to New York—values that continue to guide our business. Congratulations to the 2024 U.S. Open winners! 🎾 #USOpen #NYCHistory

In celebration of National Dog Day, we teamed up with Muddy Paws Rescue for some puppy cuddles at our properties. Muddy Paws Rescue is a New York based non-profit focused on building and supporting a thriving community to end unnecessary euthanasia of companion dogs. During our tenant experience event, Rudin tenants had the chance to meet and play with the pups. One tenant even took the leap and adopted a new pup to bring home.
