    🌟 Client Success Spotlight: Harrison Supply 🌟 We’re excited to share the inspiring story of Harrison Supply, a family-owned business that has been a cornerstone of the Harrison, New York community for over a century. Today, we're shining a spotlight on their journey with Rundoo—their first technology system in 113 years! Harrison Supply was founded 114 years ago by Urbano Aletti, who saw a need in his community for accessible hardware and paint supplies. Over the decades, the business was passed down through generations, each one continuing to prioritize the core values of connection and service to their customers. Matthew Aletti, the current owner, shared his perspective on the store’s success: “We’ve survived two world wars, nearly 20 presidents, and countless technological advancements, but what has always kept us in business is our commitment to connecting with our customers. To us, it’s not just about quick transactions; it’s about building relationships and being a reliable part of our community.” Despite being rooted in tradition, Harrison Supply knew it was time to modernize without compromising their values. In September 2023, they made the bold decision to implement Rundoo as their very first point-of-sale (POS) system—a move that would redefine their business. Matthew admitted they were initially hesitant, having seen how other systems created barriers between the staff and customers. But Rundoo was different. “Rundoo is fast, mobile, and transparent,” Matthew explained. “It allows us to maintain that face-to-face connection with our customers while also improving efficiency. We can now check out customers on our phones, manage inventory, place orders, and view analytics—all without sacrificing the personal touch that has defined Harrison Supply for over a century.” The transition to Rundoo was smooth, thanks to the support from the Rundoo team. Nick & Max from Rundoo were there on Go-Live day to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Matthew recalls the day with a smile, saying, “We were a little nervous, but everything worked perfectly. Our products, customers, vendors, and historical sales were all in Rundoo. Our long-time customers joked that they never thought we’d enter the 21st century!” Rundoo has transformed Harrison Supply, making it easier for the team to serve their customers while staying true to their roots. Since opening in Anchorage, they have opened a second location in Wasilla that is quickly growing.
