After a brief summer pause, Launch is excited to re-ignite our hiring search for the Founding Principal of Launch High School, set to open in Fall 2025 in Brooklyn NY! We are looking for a visionary leader with a deep commitment to equity, student success, and innovative education to help us shape and lead the Launch High School. If you know strong candidates who would be interested in this role, please share the updated job description and encourage them to apply! The Launch High School will offer one of the most innovative and impactful charter high school experiences in NYC. The high school’s instructional approach will be project-based and competency-based, with deep support for all students around well-being and wayfinding. After almost 3 weeks and 1700 miles, Roadtrip Nation officially finished filming for Education Entrepreneurs!! Launch Expeditionary Learning Charter School and Runway Green are honored to have been chosen as the final stop on this tour! This series highlights amazing initiatives from across the country, showcasing how young people can find a fulfilling career in education entrepreneurship. Thank you to the Roadtrip Nation team and cast for joining us, and speaking with Alexis Rubin and Aysha Khan to learn more about our bold vision to transform education by creating a learner centered ecosystem. Our students Kendra and Saunjay were thrilled to share why they’re excited for this project, and all the amazing learning they can't wait to do on campus! 🚌✏️🚀

Inspired by the range and creativity of the submissions we received, we're confident that the Learning Landscapes Challenge will not only incubate future-ready solutions for learning but also provide an ongoing lesson in how we, as part of the larger learner ecosystem, can better support community-driven innovation. And this is just the beginning—there is so much to learn from the journey ahead as the winners embark on a 14-week virtual accelerator, where they will receive mentorship and technical support.
