Our team is making tremendous progress on St. Joan of Arc Catholic School, keeping pace to enclose the structure before winter sets in! Inside, we’re about 70% through pouring the interior concrete slabs, with underground work mostly wrapped up. Interior masonry and metal framing are also underway, creating a solid foundation for what’s next. This month Concordia Lutheran Church celebrates 150 years of being a cornerstone of the Kirkwood, MO community! We are proudly leading Concordia's renovation project that will serve its congregation for years to come. The demolition of the existing school building wrapped up earlier this summer. The project team then began work on the construction of a new exterior façade wall, stair tower, and rooftop terrace. All the pews in sanctuary were temporarily relocated as new fire sprinklers were installed throughout the original church building. We look forward to celebrating the completion of this project with Concordia later this fall. #RussellSTL #Renovation #UnderConstruction
