Yesterday, two of our team members, Paige Moffat and Melanie Goossens, were at Audi Field helping our client, the National Football League (NFL), conduct their annual NFL Play Football youth clinic!   They played a crucial role in organizing youth groups to engage in football activities, all in preparation for the Congressional Football Game for Charity that was later that evening!

We’re excited to recognize Evan Williams for his contributions as an intern at S-3 this summer! Evan attends Pomona College, pursuing a major in Public Policy Analysis. He is also a member of the college’s cross-country team! 🌟 Q: What has been your favorite experience at S-3 Group this summer? “My favorite experience at S-3 Group was busy mornings in the office with the rest of the interns, working collaboratively and bouncing ideas off the other employees sharing the space. Not to mention the Capitol Dome tour, which was pretty amazing too!”

Members of the S-3 team, Olga DeMetri and Hastie Afkhami, hit the ground running in Chicago last week as our client Drum Major Institute hosted a groundbreaking event at the 2024 Democratic National Convention!    Martin Luther King III and Arndrea Waters King held a critical press conference together with Hector Sanchez Barba of Mi Familia Vota (MFV) to announce a pioneering partnership aimed at strengthening collaboration between African American and Latino communities to enhance political engagement. The press conference also included contributions from prominent figures, such as civil rights leader Dolores Huerta, who emphasized the importance of unity.   #CommunityCollaboration #Leadership #DNC2024

This week, we are highlighting one of our amazing interns, Maya Kimball!   Maya is a rising sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, pursuing a major in Political Science and International Studies, a minor in French, and a certificate in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. She is also a member of the ballroom dance club and ethics and debate club!   🌟 Q: What was the most rewarding part of your internship experience?   “I really felt like I was part of a team and that the work I was doing mattered. Being around all of the friendly but driven people was a great look into the professional world, and I loved being able to help them out!”
