S.L. Leonard & Associates is a certified MBE and serves nonprofit institutions, property owners, public agencies, tenants and developers, to manage clients’ capital projects. Leonard & Associates has managed or consulted on the design or construction of millions of square feet for nonprofits including 16 offices for the Ventura County Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Center. Other notable projects include The California Endowment Office and Conference Center Project, the City of Hope Helford Replacement Hospital, Legal Aid Foundation of LA’s headquarters, the new Walker Zanger US Corporate headquarters in North Hills, Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Museum of Ventura County, the Camarillo Public Library, and multiple projects on the campuses of Occidental College, The Master’s College, Sequoyah School and Village Christian School. They also have helped build more than 5,500 affordable housing units across Southern California, including Century Villages at Cabrillo, Ventura Housing Authority and Many Mansions.
