We have been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal! We were already very proud of our EcoVadis Gold Medal. But as part of the rating review, another document was subsequently recognized, which changed the rating positively - now we are PROUD of PLATINUM, the highest possible EcoVadis rating medal! We’ve successfully completed another SAERTEX multiCom project—this time in Singapore with our installation partner Perma-Liner Industries (S) Pte., Ltd.! In January, Perma-Liner Industries (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. rehabilitated two sections of a DN375 wastewater pipeline using SAERTEX-LINER MULTI Type S+, manufactured at our new plant in China. With the support of SAERTEX multiCom, two sections of 37 m and 58 m were initially renovated. This required a structured installation process and precise execution to meet the highest quality standards. The project was carried out with the support of SAERTEX multiCom's Application, Business Development and multiCampus departments. Christian Scholz and Helge Haberkern provided extensive training on gravity and pressure line applications. Our clients' specialists gained valuable insights into CIPP applications through hands-on learning experiences, strengthening both technical skills and teamwork. From jobsite preparation to the successful installation of two liners, the team demonstrated outstanding collaboration and expertise in enhancing wastewater infrastructure in the region. NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR IN CHINA At the beginning of February 2025, SAERTEX multiCom introduced Michael Ellenrieder as the new Managing Director in China. With immediate effect, he has taken over the management of the new production site in Pinghu, where the company produces its SAERTEX-LINERS for the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Michael Ellenrieder brings extensive experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, having spent many years in the industry. With over 15 years of living and working in China, he also has a deep understanding of the Asian market. “I am fascinated by the dynamic combination of strong market growth and intense competition in Asia. That's why I'm particularly looking forward to taking on the new challenges at SAERTEX multiCom as Managing Director in Pinghu,” says Michael Ellenrieder, looking forward to his new role. Based in Singapore, he will now strategically drive forward the production and marketing of SAERTEX-LINERS from the Chinese plant. “We are convinced that Michael Ellenrieder, with his international expertise, will play a pivotal role in the success of our new location in Pinghu and will work with the team to drive forward customer projects,” says Kai Diecks, Global Managing Director SAERTEX multiCom, with a view to the future. “We would like to take this opportunity to thank Hans Jürgen König, who has managed the business in Pinghu with great commitment for many years and played a key role in the development of the new plant,” Diecks continues. #cipp #trenchless #nodig

Our SAERTEX-LINER has been tested according to WRc Group CP655 in Great Britain, confirming its tightness against external water infiltration. Preventing groundwater infiltration is of central importance for the conservation of water resources, as uncontrolled infiltration can lead to unnecessary wastewater treatment, increased energy consumption and depletion of clean groundwater reserves. While the test specifically focused on preventing groundwater infiltration, our solutions of course also ensure that wastewater cannot exfiltrate into the groundwater, providing comprehensive environmental and water resource protection.
