🚨 Honoring Our Heroes on National First Responders Day – October 28, 2024 🚨 Today, we pause to recognize the extraordinary bravery of our first responders—firefighters, law enforcement, paramedics, EMTs, and 911 operators—who answer the call when we need them most. Since Congress designated this day in 2017, October 28 has become a time for us to express our profound gratitude to those who risk everything to protect us. Reflecting on his four decades of service, Alan W. Perdue, Executive Director of the Safer Buildings Coalition, reminds us that first responders don’t just have a job; they have a calling. They face unimaginable situations, carrying a burden most will never know—all for the mission to serve and protect. At the Safer Buildings Coalition, we’re committed to supporting these heroes by working to eliminate wireless dead spots, ensuring they have the communication tools needed to stay safe in the line of duty. To all our first responders, your courage, professionalism, and sacrifice mean everything to our communities. We thank you, we honor you, and we stand with you today and every day. Stay safe, and know you have our deepest respect and gratitude. 🙏💙 https://shorturl.at/pLxRc #NationalFirstRespondersDay #ThankYouFirstResponders #FeelSafeInside
